  • All testing officers undertake training in nationally certified training programs and participate in regular competency testing

Our drug and alcohol testing process easily integrates with existing safety programs and policies and can ensure delivery of a testing regime that is suitable to our client’s requirements and their working environment.

CQ Rescue Health Services can develop a drug and alcohol testing schedule and provide ongoing support.  Relevant documentation, records and reports will be managed by our staff and records are sent to the requesting authority in a timely manner.

Following testing a full report will include:

  • Names of the testing technicians

  • The procedures and methods used to conduct testing

  • Any incidents or concerns

  • A summary of all drug and alcohol test conducted

  • A copy of all test results and laboratory confirmation reports

  • An excel document updated monthly of all personnel who have been tested

  • Recommendations and/or suggestions for future testing

 

We take client and donor confidentiality very seriously and comply with the Privacy Act

Our experienced team are accredited to perform urine drug testing onsite or in our office with immediate results

Specimens requiring laboratory confirmation (following a non-negative result) are transported to an accredited laboratory.  CQ Rescue Health Services has access to two reputable laboratories and results are available within 24-48-hours.

Our service has full access to a qualified Toxicologists for professional assistance and advice if required.
